*Utility (electricity and water) Charges:
Utility bills are divided equally among the roommates occupying an apartment (3-5).
Students are charged for utilities based on calculations taken by an automatic electric meter reading system installed in every apartment. Electric meters were installed in Technion buildings to encourage energy savings. We would like to assure you that utility charges are subsidized by the Technion (and are significantly lower than the Israel Electric Corp. (IEC) fees).

Please contact with any questions or concerns regarding electricity or water payments. All queries will be reviewed and answered by return email. You may leave a call back number to make an appointment if necessary.

How to identify your HOT connection:
TV – Provide the operator with the number printed on the card in the cable converter box.
WiFi – Provide the operator with the customer number (each apartment has a customer number, which can be provided to you by your Resident Assistant (RA)/Building Supervisor)
